Okay, here we go. The following set out the terms and conditions on which we offer to supply to you the products advertised on this Website. All references in these terms of use and conditions of sale to the “website” or “Website” refer to this website; to “we”, “us”, “our”, "Skrekstore" and “Skrekkøgle” refer to Skrekkøgle DA; and to “you” and “your” are to you, the user / buyer. This Website is made for you — please read these terms and conditions as they protect your interest, and if you have any comments, problems or any questions regarding our Website and/or products and services featured, please get in touch with us. By using or accessing our Website and/or placing any order(s), you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.




Payment and pricing

Payment handling and privacy

We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard through PayPal. We do not collect or store any of your credit card information or any other financial information. Contact information collected as part of the ordering process will never be shared with anyone else, or used by us for any purpose other than processing and handling of your order.


Taxes and VAT

There will be an angry statesman knocking on your door unless you pay up.
So pay up. International customers please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs or import taxes when ordering from Skrekstore. Please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. All international customers pay excluded tax.



Our products are offered for sale subject to availability and our acceptance of your order, which we reserve the right to reject without reason. However, we will inform you as soon as possible if the products you have ordered are not available or if your order has not been accepted, and a full refund will be given for orders which are rejected.

We are under no obligation to provide the product to you in the unlikely event of an incorrect price advertisement, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a miss-pricing. Full payment will be taken at the time of placing your product order, and we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment before accepting your order. If your order is rejected, for whatever reason, and payment has been accepted, you will receive a full refund.


When you check out, you are presented with the shipment options available to you. We are striving towards dispatching your order as quickly as possible after it is confirmed (you'll receive a confirmation email), but as we are small business we are not using a fulfillment company yet. This means we have to stock-keep all our products and ship them ourselves, and to avoid running back and forth between the shipment companies, we do it in small batches. Please bear with us on this, we're trying as hard as we can. Shipping prices will vary depending on your location.



Returns and damage

Cancellation and returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Thorvald Meyers gate 49 Oslo NO 0555. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
